Accessibility statement

This statement applies to fairleadsystems.co.uk. Prepared 21 September 2026.

This website is run by FAIRLEAD SYSTEMS LTD. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. On this site you should be able to:

  • navigate every page using only a keyboard;
  • zoom to 400% without content being cut off or overlapping;
  • read every page with a screen reader;
  • use the contact form with assistive technology, with every field labelled;
  • read text at a contrast of at least 4.5:1 against its background;
  • browse with animation and motion reduced if your system asks for it.

How accessible this website is

We built this site to conform to theWeb Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. We are not aware of any part of the site that does not meet that standard. The capability statement PDF is provided for download; if you need its content in another format, ask and we will provide it.

Technical information about this website's accessibility

FAIRLEAD SYSTEMS LTD is committed to making its website accessible. This statement is made voluntarily; as a private company we are not a public sector body under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018, but we build to the same standard because our clients are.

How we tested

The site was assessed by Fairlead Systems on 21 September 2026 using keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, automated checking tools and a screen reader on a sample of pages. It has not been audited by an independent third party. Colour contrast for every text and background pairing in the stylesheet is checked automatically as part of the build.

What we are doing to improve accessibility

Accessibility is checked whenever the site is changed. This statement will be reviewed each time content or design is materially updated, and at least once a year.
