Services

Named offers, not a list of technologies.

Each service has a defined scope, a defined deliverable and a price band. The band is stated in principle; a fixed figure follows a short scoping conversation.

How an engagement runs

Three stages, each with something you can see.

  1. Scope

We map the process as it actually runs today — who touches it, which systems it crosses, where it waits. You get a written scope and a fixed price.

  2. Build

We build in your accounts, test against real records with your team, and keep the old process running alongside until you are satisfied.

  3. Hand over

Documentation, a walkthrough for whoever will own it, and an agreed support window. Nothing depends on us being available.

Tools

We work in the platforms your teams already have access to.

Fairlead Systems was incorporated in 2026. Its principals have been building integrations and automation on Airtable, Make.com, n8n and Microsoft 365 for over a decade. We choose the tool that your organisation can administer after we leave, not the one we would prefer to use.

For procurement teams

A capability statement is available todownload as a PDF for circulation internally. Supplier questionnaires and tender queries go totenders@fairleadsystems.co.uk.

Not sure which service fits?

Describe the process and we will tell you whether it is a project, a settings change, or not worth automating at all.
